Over the years, she has worked with several top property brokerage firms, assisting global clients buy, sell and invest in the best properties—both off plan and ready—in premium areas in Dubai including Palm Jumeirah, Meydan, Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Dubai South and more.

A strong entrepreneurial spirit led her to the establishment of a 360-degree property brokerage & consultancy firm QSA Real Estate LLC in Dubai in 2022, along with her business and life partner Usman Abdullah, who is also a RERA certified real estate broker.

Qurat’s interests extend well beyond business. She is an avid painter, and enjoys horse racing. She is also a staunch advocate for a healthy, drug-free society, and children’s rights & education. Further, she actively supports the Anti-Drugs Association and the United Nations Office for Drug Abuse.
