About Al Barari
Al Barari (or Barari) is a new eco-friendly community in Dubai’s ever-expanding real estate sector. It is a gated neighborhood with exquisite homes that are some of the most costly in Dubai. As a result, Al Barari provides its inhabitants with a quiet, isolated setting as well as access to world-class services.
Al Barari Dubai has established high standards for environmentally friendly and elegant living. This 18 million square foot home complex is made up of 60% green space, manicured gardens, natural lakes, and freshwater streams. Al Barari means “wilderness” in Arabic, which is not surprising given the quantity of flora in the region. It is, undoubtedly, one of Dubai’s greenest neighborhoods.
Al Barari’s development began in 2005, and it now provides villas and flats in a lush residential neighborhood. There were two stages to the master development. The bulk of the houses in the sub-communities of The Nest, Ashjar, Seventh Heaven, The Residences, and The Reserve were handed over during Phase I. The Farm restaurant, Heart & Soul spa, and Body Language health club are all part of the complex. In contrast, Phase II would see the building of a resort hotel, a business school, assisted living facilities, retail outlets, and further residential complexes.
The residential community of Al Barari is organized into six sub-communities: The Nest, Seventh Heaven, Ashjar, The Reserve, The Neighborhood, and The Residences. On the residential side, there are 189 ready villas, including 28 villas in The Reserve neighborhood and 55 homes in The Nest. The Residences are four different styles of huge eco-friendly residences. Acacia, Bromellia, Camellia, and Dahlia are among them. Seventh Heaven, Ashjar, and The Neighborhood, on the other hand, are apartment complexes in the area.
