Dubai: With the opening of “Haven by Aldar,” which is situated in a neighborhood across from Al Habtoor Polo Resort along the E611 stretch, the master developer from Abu Dhabi, Aldar, is bringing its vast expertise in building mixed-use communities to Dubai.
Out of a total of 2,428 units, the first lot of 462 affluent residences at Haven will go on sale. Three-bedroom townhouses will start at Dh2.5 million, while three-bedroom villas will start at Dh3.5 million. Aldar announced earlier this year that it will be partnering with Dubai Holding to launch in Dubai. Three initiatives, all of which are communities, are intended to be launched.
Aldar’s Haven goes above and beyond standard residential services by putting its members’ welfare first. As the first community in the UAE to possess both certifications, the community aims to achieve LEED Gold and Fit-Well 3 Star certifications.
Residents may look forward to a variety of health and wellness-focused amenities, such as a yoga studio, workout areas, Zen gardens, nature paths, serenity pool, and meditation pavilion. In addition, there are other services like housekeeping, travel concierge, landscaping, and healthy food delivery on demand.
Phase I construction at Haven is scheduled to start in Q2-2024, with handovers anticipated in Q3-2027. Estate brokers claim that the three-year timeline for completion will be highly valuable to investors, particularly considering Aldar’s proven track record of delivery in Abu Dhabi.
What Aldar’s ‘Haven’ is about
- Villas and townhouses will “predominately” make up the units at the complexes in Dubai.
- Spa, Zen gardens, and meditation pavilion are among the amenities of this about one million square meter complex.
- The Haven project will be the first community in the United Arab Emirates to possess both certifications, having been awarded both Fit-Well 3 Star and LEED Gold sustainability ratings.
