Usman Abdullah, Managing Director of QSA Real Estate has been awarded 4-Star ranking from the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
He scored an impressive 40 points each on the twin criteria of Broker Transactions and Users Happiness Meter. The DLD recognition highlights Mr. Usman’s commitment to providing the best advice to clients and helping them buy or invest in the most lucrative properties in prime areas in Dubai.
DLD Broker Ranking
The DLD ranks real estate brokers based on multiple criteria. They include performance, experience, number and value of transactions, and compliance with real estate laws and regulations. Quality of customer service, and corporate social responsibility are also considered.
DLD ranking helps brokers gain credibility in the complex property market. Credibility as a broker is quite important in the real estate sector, as more than 60% of the buyers and investors are first timers who lack the required knowledge and skills to negotiate the best deals. They naturally look for DLD certified brokers who are trustworthy, honest and experienced.
From Textiles to Real Estate
Hailing from Pakistan, Mr. Usman left his family business in textiles and reached Dubai to embark on a new career in real estate way back in 2014, when the Dubai property market was in its initial booming phase.
He proved himself as a top broker by closing a 300,000-dirham property transaction within 20 days of joining a reputed real estate broker company in Dubai. He has since worked as a property broker focusing on Dubai’s thriving areas such as JLT, JVC, Motor City and more. Among his achievements is the 30-million-dirham rent-to-own property transaction in Motor City. It was when the rent-to-own concept was just emerging in Dubai.
QSA Real Estate
Having worked with some of the leading property brokerage companies in Dubai and established himself as an expert property agent, Mr. Usman, along with his wife Qurat Ahmad—who is also a real estate broker, founded a full-fledged real estate brokerage company QSA Real Estate in Barsha, Dubai, in 2022. They formed the company with the mission of providing the best and most reliable property brokerage services to global clients–buyers and investors.
To serve clients better, the company moved to Dubai Investment Park in 2023.
