Spanning 145 square kilometers, Dubai South is the emirate’s largest master development. It integrates residential, commercial, and industrial zones. Dubai South offers diverse residential options, including apartments, villas, townhouses, and mansions. Several projects have already sold out due to high investor interest:

  • The Pulse Apartments and Villas
  • The Pulse Beachfront
  • South Bay
  • South Living
  • Sakany

The Pulse Beachfront’s first phase, consisting of 288 units, is now complete. Developers will deliver 500 more units by H1 2025. Additionally, South Living is sold out, and construction has begun.

Strategic Partnerships for Future Growth

Dubai South has partnered with BT Properties, Asia’s largest private property developer, to build a gated master community within the Golf District. This collaboration enhances Dubai South’s appeal as a premium lifestyle destination.
